Busy evening but seen with around an hours wait, better than forecast. Friendly and informative with confidence to know when a second opinion on my condition was justified. Impressed they had the needed drugs that saved a trip to the chemist, but reception might need to work out how to get into the cash register! Finding the parking payment machine is a bit of a challenge.
